Q:  Do You Have Any Store Locations?
A:  No.  Alohilani Boutique is an online boutique.  We occasionally do events and popup shops and list those times and places on Social Media.

Q:  Did You Just Charge Me More Than Once?
A:  Your credit card will only be charged once after your order is processed and ships.  Most banks will show some form of authorization when you submit your credit card information online.  This is to ensure that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.  Some companies may refer to it as a Pending Payment.  This should clear from your statement within 48-72 hours.  Each bank varies.  So have no fear, you will just be charged the one time.  

Q:  When Will My Order Ship?
A:  Orders are shipped within 24 hours.  Tracking information will be sent once your order is processed and shipped.

Q:  What Do I Do If I Entered In The Wrong Shipping Address?
A:  We purposely wait 24 hours before processing and shipping orders in case of an error such as this.  Please notify us at as soon as possible.  

Q:  I Signed Up To Be Notified.  How Does Back In Stock Work?
A:  Please sign up to be notified if you are interested in purchasing an item that is sold out.  Some products we know in advance will not be restocked, so these will not have an option for Back In Stock Notification.  For all other items that allow to sign up for Back In Stock, we will notify you via email when the item is back up for purchase.  At that time, you will have the opportunity to purchase the item.  

Q:  What Is Your Return Policy?

Q:  Can I Return Items That Were Purchased On Sale
A:  All sale items are a final sale.  No returns can be made.  

Q:  Do I Have To Pay International Taxes And Duties?
A:  All International customers will be responsible for paying all related costs to  shipping (duties, tariffs and other costs that may apply).

A:  Yes we do.
