Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
Alohilani Boutique only issues Store Credit for applicable merchandise, no refunds.
Alohilani Boutique offers returns on regular priced items only. All returned pieces must be in its original and re-sellable condition: tags attached, hygenic liners attached to all bikini bottoms, unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup and fragrances. The package must be postmarked within fourteen days of delivery. All sale merchandise, jewelry, hats, and undies are a final sale. No exceptions will be made. Returns will be issued a store credit which does not expire and can be used at any given time. Please keep in mind that a store credit does not cover the cost of shipping charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Alohilani Boutique is not responsible for lost packages.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the returned merchandise to make sure that it abides by the return policy. Alohilani Boutique will then issue a store credit via email within 1-3
business days.

We ship everything through USPS. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight, size and location and will be available at checkout.

Alohilani Boutique ships worldwide. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us via email at info@alohilaniboutique.com. First-Class Mail International does not include a tracking number, rather a custom number. We issue the custom number, but there is no guarantee that it will reflect the status of your package. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your package to arrive. Usually, most shipments take 7-21 business days, but depending on each country and custom regulations, it can take up to 4 weeks. All international customers will be responsible for paying all related costs to shipping (duties, tariffs and other costs that may apply). Alohilani Boutique is not responsible for the loss of a package once it has been shipped.
Please note that when shipments are sent through USPS they are no longer in the possession of Alohilani Boutique, and that the chart above are estimated times for shipping. Due to natural disasters and unforeseen occurrences, these estimated times could be longer, but they could also be shorter.
